- Registered candidates receive job postings by email as they open.

- Someone who can speak to people from other countries with confidence, even if the grammar is imperfect and the words come slowly
- Someone who shows how they will work with us, rather than listing past achievements
- Someone who is not easily swayed by change, but turns it into their own current
- Someone who will speak up plainly when we drift from the values we started with

Terms are agreed and a start date confirmed.

- If an application or supporting document proves false, the offer is withdrawn even after hiring is confirmed.
- Experienced hires serve a two-month probation and new graduates three months. Terms during probation are the same.
