Under the Personal Information Protection Act, HS HI-TECH Inc. keeps the following policy so that the personal data and the rights of our users are protected and any concerns are handled promptly. Any revision will be announced on this website.

  • Source: this website (enquiry form)

  • Purpose: receiving enquiries, handling enquiries, managing customer records
  • Marketing and advertising: measuring visit frequency, compiling site statistics
How long we keep it03
  • Once the purpose has been met, the data is destroyed without delay.
Your rights, and how data is destroyed04
  • 1. You may at any time ask HS HI-TECH to let you view, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it.
  • 2. Such a request may be made in writing, by email or by fax under Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and we will act on it without delay.
  • 3. After the purpose has been met, the data is moved to a separate database (or separate paper file), kept for a set period under internal policy and applicable law, then destroyed. Data held in that database is not used for any other purpose.
  • 4. Electronic files are destroyed by a technical means that makes the records unrecoverable. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

  • You may refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal data. In that case the services HS HI-TECH can provide to you will be limited.
