High purity, conductivity and mouldability in one composite
MC-PFA
Overview
Carbon PFA you can injection mould
MC-PFA stands for Moldable Carbon PFA. High-purity PFA is combined with the conductivity of carbon and with injection mouldability, putting three functions into one composite. Forming the shape directly, instead of cutting it out of a block, reduces the material thrown away in machining.
- High purity: a high-purity PFA base minimises chemical contamination risk
- Conductive: a carbon network provides conductivity and prevents static build-up
- Mouldable: the composite is injection moulded into finished part geometry

3-in-1
Three functions in one material

High Purity
A high-purity PFA base minimises the risk of chemical contamination.

Conductive
A carbon network provides conductivity and prevents static build-up.

Moldable
The composite is injection moulded into complex process parts such as cups and spin chucks.
Material Loss
Formed to shape instead of cut away
- SubtractiveMaterial is cut away from a block and discarded
- InjectionOnly what is needed becomes the part
