    An engineer responds within two business days. If a drawing review is needed, we confirm a schedule first.
  • Can I enquire without a drawing?
    Yes. HS HI-TECH holds proprietary material analysis and reverse-development capability, so a part can be reproduced from a sample alone.
  • Which chemistries do you support?
    HF, SC1, SPM, LPSPM, DSP, DHF, LAL, POLY, T-dryer, ESC (organic), O3HF and O3DIW among others; further chemistries can be assessed on request.
  • How are the drawings I send handled?
    They are used only for the purpose of your enquiry, and we are happy to sign an NDA before proceeding.
