Clean Room

We run a class 10,000 cleanroom of roughly 830 m² (250 pyeong). Regular environmental monitoring and process optimisation keep the product free of contamination.

Assembly inspection equipment

  • Eccentricity meter

    Eccentricity meter

    Vision-based measurement of wafer wobble during rotation, down to 0.001 mm, removing defect sources while the wafer spins.

  • Balancing tester

    Balancing tester

    Measures vibration imbalance generated as the motor turns. Balancing the rotating mass minimises vibration and removes a source of wafer defects.

  • Coordinate measuring machine

    Coordinate measuring machine

    Automatic 3D precision measurement of external dimensions, including height and distance by reference position at the tool interface, to verify the part is optimised.
